How fast a month goes while you are still drinking. Finally took the plunge and said enoughs enough and currently on day 3, not much change so far but feel a lot more tired than usual especially at night.
I had that issue, don’t you have to cancel your subscription and have it actually expire then top up with a clubcard code? It was definitely a hassle for me the first time it ran out after 3 months.
Ours is up for renewal and I have enough in the clubcard for another 3 months but I’m not going...
Great to read so many successful stories in this thread. I really need to get off the booze again as it is now a daily thing and I’m sick of it - until the evening draws in obviously
Haven’t a clue how to stick with it as long term as you guys but we shall see.
Nice one, any recommendation for a particular sd card? Honestly can’t wait, I don’t game any more but I can’t wait to play all the games I grew up with.
Cheers guys, I was thinking a jigsaw might work well. Besides the obvious what’s the issue with using pallets that are non heat treated? I do have a mixture.
New to the log burner world since moving, can I burn coal in it as a base layer? I’ve had mixed opinions about needing the chimney swept...
Anyone got any recommendations for a chainsaw. I’ve got some pallets and a lot of off bits of timber that need cutting up and I’m unsure whether to go electric, battery and what size? Budget is only around £100, I’ve tried a 4” battery handheld and while good it made quite hard work of some...
This is something I was thinking about the other day since the nights started drawing in. I’ll always apply the handbrake as I was taught the same thing. Not much you can do if modern cars allow no choice as mentioned, I’ve got an old car though :D
May have just found a replacement, £10 including postage. Programmable so it will be 450mA @ 19W. What do we reckon?

Yeah it's a rented property and when I mentioned the light had stopped working I got told it was my responsibility to replace which I wouldn't have minded if it was simply a lightbulb swap. It may well have been in the contract but I couldn't tell you off the top of my head.
There is no...
Thanks for looking guys, glad it's not just me struggling to find a replacement. I didn't expect it to be so difficult to change a light :o
With shipping it'd work out at nearly £30 for 1 so could be on par with just replacing the whole light fixture at that rate :(
Hoping someone more clued up than myself can help me out. I have two LED ceiling lights (which I've been told I'm responsible for) in the living room and one stopped working. I thought it might be the LED board but after swapping the LED driver from one to the other it seems it's the driver that...
It does seem very difficult these days to meet someone (for me anyway) without the use of things like dating apps that I'm not a fan of now. Besides meeting and talking to people at work everyone in the 'outside' world just seem so alien now. Might be me not putting myself out there any more but...
Exactly how I do it with EDF and I too have had 2 x £66 credits. Obviously it's a mistake, I've had nothing but issues with EDF since I got put on their tariff when old supplier went bust. One bill they even estimated my rates the opposite way round so day & night rates were swapped with each...
