    Alarm advice

Thanks. Not building regs so was going for battery for ease, but down the line will need hardwired as will be doing some work. Thats my thought. Heard great stuff about Ajax and i like that i can add to it over time, but the fact i have a wired setup means it may be silly to move away from wired.

    Alarm advice

Hi all, I currently have a property which has a working alarm system, but its quite long in the tooth now and i think its time to update it. I have hardwired sensors in rooms and then its a traditional type alarm, with panel, keypad and external bell boxes. My options as i see it are set out...

Hi guys, I just need a little steer please if anyone can weigh in. I need a new laptop for work - mainly just excel, powerpoint, email etc. Looked at the new range of Huawei devices for c£900, then stumbled on the Razer on sale for £900. Specs look great - keyboard, trackpad, ports etc. Is...

    Energy Suppliers

Its the one thing that stopped me switching to them - I like price certainty for a while so will always look for fixed if its competitive, and they dont offer it.

Siliconslave's how to make espresso thread

Ah the old lens hood mod, a classic on the Mazzers. I had a Kony E at one point, loved it to bits but they are so big and the missus wasnt a fan. Great tasting coffee though. Thanks for the link to the jars!

Neighbour wants to dig up my garden

I wouldnt let anyone do this at my place. I know its always harder with neighbours as you have to live with them and things can get ugly, but for you the bad outweighs all of this. I would decline and see where he goes next. They must have a plan B, its just you are plan A and they view it as...
