Try Sapphire Trixx. I can't raise my voltage in gpu tweak either but I can in trixx.

Has anyone ever had odd voltage readings in cpu-z? Yesterday I got 1.3 and today I got 1.6. I have my voltage in Trixx set to 1.23. What could be causing this? Is it a fault with cpu-z?

Anyone know why my voltage goes to 1.34 when I've only got it set to 1.23 in Sapphire trixx?

Try rebooting after you tick the options. Or you can use Sapphire Trixx. That let's you chance the voltage.

Looks like I've hut my OC limit. 1250 core / 1450 mem @ 1.22V. Max temp is 65C so I don't dare increase the voltage any more. I think I could push the memory a little further but I've seen hardly any increase in performance by increasing the memory clock.

It's amazing. I've managed to go through a full lap of Heaven with the max setting on 1220 core, 1450 memory at 1.23V but when I try a bit of gaming I crash about 10 minutes in. How's that possible. I thought Heaven stresses your GPU.

What's the safe voltage for a 7850?

Sapphire Trixx. No version of GPU Tweak let me change the voltage

So I tried my hand at overclocking my XFX 7850. Core: 1200, Memory: 1450. Sadly I need to bump up my voltage in order to obtain that. Dunno if that's a good OC really.
