Will an RX 480 be ok with my 650w PSU? I've got a Cooler Master G650M.

I'm not in any real rush. I've had the 260x for a few years now, I'm sure I can wait until the end of the month for the 480. That's if anywhere actually gets stock in.

The G4400 was only supposed to be a stop gap. I've just bought an Asus Z97 Pro Gamer, i5 4690k and 8GB of 1600MHz RAM.

I don't know enough about CPU's to know if I'd need the 6400 or the 6500. What's with that 2.7GHz clock speed?
