Looking for a white router, that doesnt lay flat.

That was on 5ghz. Wired speeds were fine. I had to reset the router and it came back along with the fast WiFi speed.

Thank you for that. The IPv6 was on - what ever that is. So have followed your instructions to turn it off.

I can't get my app working but n/m. Don't think I got IPv6 on? Tbh I don't even know what it is! Other than a few issues with some apps, it seems OK. Nice small footprint on the shelf which is what I wanted. Connected via DHCP too with no dramas

Do you have any issues with some apps not loading up with it? I've found when trying to use deliveroo and sometimes paying on ebay, the app icon just spins. As soon as I turn off WiFi, all is OK.

So I'd simply plug it into the supplied modem... And done? Is it any good for gaming and streaming, social media... All at the same time? I'm not an octupus but that's the usual family load onto the system

Apparently it's not PPPoE. It's dhcp or something. Quoted from email: In order to put in place your own network set up, you would need to plug your main router into the 10GE port on the connection box that we install. The router would also need to be in DHCP mode. A soft reset (turning it OFF...

What speeds are you getting / should be getting? It's quite a cheap router by the looks of it

Does it have to be a mesh mode or can I use it in single mode?

I've heard of mesh but not sure if it would benefit me or not. I'll have a look at it. Thank you

As per post really, i current have an ISP provided icotera i4882-01 , and thats ideal as it stands vertically upright on a corner shelf. There is no space for routers with a large footprint. Are there any going a bit like the c9 ac1900 but newer?? It connects to a fttp modem if that matters?

CPU doesn't matter for 4k gaming, is that completely true?

Well a mate also has a 3080ti but with a 5900x and he gets single figure cpu usage. My figure I guess is total as per riva statistics as I only had one figure showing for cpu. In task manager, it showed 2 tabs of warzone open, perhaps 3. Is that correct?

5800x arrived.... I'm still getting a massive cpu usage. Like around 70% whilst playing warzone 2. Checked task manager and there's nothing else above 1% use in the list.
