I'm not for one second debating what anyone else has said, nor am I white knighting for nvidia. But for my 3 way sli 780's I have definitely noticed quite a large improvement in the witcher @ 4k. As I said above, I have gone from around 35-40FPS up to around 50 stable.

Just gave the drivers a whirl. Running Witcher 3 @ 4k with 780 3 way sli. Was hitting around...35-40 fps before, now up to around the 50-55 mark, everything fully maxed out (except no AA) Its too much difference to be a placebo effect as well, now..do i still want to buy me some 980's....
