    I moved in to my new place yesterday and I can't access things like Teamspeak or watch Twitch.tv streams which are two things I do every day. Is there a way to get around this? Thanks :)

    Unfortunately he's probably right, you really can't do anything at home without equipment that will give you any meaningful progress. I managed to get a membership at my local council gym for £18 a month 2 years ago when i was 16, it's really not that expensive.

    You realise more sweat != more calories burnt? You use the same amount of energy at any temperature as long as you're not shivering.

    132.5 bench today, very happy with the progress! I'm planning on doing a Bench only comp in October but i'll probably be in the 93's this time so it'll be tougher than my first comp. 94.3kg this morning, and still got abs (ish) :cool:
