Sleeping Dogs - 8.5 / 10
What a great game. Really decent story taking place in a fantastic looking representation of Hong Kong. The melee combat is top notch and is actually preferable to using guns. It really is a crime that they never made a Sleeping Dogs 2. Runs at a solid 60fps on Steam...
I'm with 3 too using their zyxel router.
I have almost identical RSRP and RSRQ as you but my SINR is at 22dB. The fastest download I have ever had was about 300mbps and it only happened once. Typically my speed is 150mbps down.
I have direct line of sight to the mast which is about 1.5 miles away.
The Simpsons! Already have it installed. I don't think I have ever beaten the first level on one credit.
Edit:
Set an a score of 64 with Bart:
You will need to get the two player version of the game in order to be able to select your character. If you have the 4 player version you will be...
Half Life 2 Episode 2 - 8.5 / 10
This felt more like a full game than an expansion. Very good. Some excellent set pieces like the turret section, the ambush and the strider battle. How could Valve leave the Half Life story on such a downer (I know about the Half Life Alyx retcon).
Really...
I've got it in my kitchen on a wall that couldn't really be used for anything else. Up until recently it has been almost a dedicated NBA Jam machine me and my daughter play on whilst waiting for stuff to cook. The Simpsons has also been a big hit with my Daughter's friends. You don't really need...
Managed to bump my score up a little. Can't believe I have never played this until now as it is actually really good. It is very harsh but fair. Once you get to know the movement patterns of the enemies and where to position yourself it get's a bit more manageable.
Half Life 2 Episode 1 - 8 / 10
Really good fun. Having just completed the original Half Life expansions, opposing force and blue shift, the leap in technology is clear to see when playing episode 1. The graphics for the most part still looks pretty good. In some areas on the Steam Deck OLED's...
I've been meaning to start participating in this thread for a while if for no other reason than to get more use out of my arcade setup. I have never played joust before as any video of it I have ever seen gave no clue on how you actually play it. Wow is this a hard game! Feels good to get to the...
Half Life Blue Shift - 7 / 10
The weakest of the original Half Life experiences but still fun enough. More of the same really but way shorter. Took me 3 hours to finish. The best thing about it is seeing a couple of scenes from Half Life from a different perspective. Kind of sets up Barney's...
Half Life Opposing Force - 7.5 / 10
Pretty solid expansion to Half Life 1. Gearbox's level design is on par with Valve but I can't say I cared much for the new enemies. Last boss was a bit rubbish too but then so was the last boss in HL1.
It didn't over stay it's welcome coming in at around 6...
I joined a family with my brother but am having an issue where after installing a game from his library and I try to start the game, the page where it usually says launch is instead a black box with an error message and a button to reload the page. Anyone else see this?
I am on the beta branch.
Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition - 7 / 10
Spoilers ahead.
Worth playing but going back to it after all this time has kind of spoiled my original memory of the game.
Is it still going strong?
I honestly regret selling it. I bought an Alienware 240hz to replace it but the increased refresh rate isn't really noticeable and now it has developed a stuck bright red pixel right in the middle of the screen and is out of warranty!
I'm done with chasing framerate and ultra graphics now. SteamDeck is where it's at now. There are hundreds of older games that play well on the Steam Deck that I have been working my way through. Not played a single game on my 3060ti rig since I got the Steam Deck last Xmas and I am playing...
