For cleaning out old driver you can use tools like driver fusion or DDU.
If the latest driver cause issues again I would suggest to roll back to the latest working driver and wait for the next update if this will cause similar issues. If the next update cause that issues again RMA the card.

If software changes do not change anything you can also try to delete driver with a third party tool like driver fusion...
Hi David, can you let us know shich partn number you are exactly using? EVGA got some gold certified 1000W units, just want to make sure there is no missunderstanding.

The White is used by us for the 80+ version that is below Bronze. Generally we do also have other PSU from different manifacturer available. The 430 White is our very basic entry level model, Bronze units available from us have more power/connectors but also produced by HEC. In the Gold...
I don't know when what will release.. If a new X80 card release within 90 days of the originally purchase date you will be able to use the Step Up programm also with a 980Ti.
We are also working on that but of course first we review how this model is running and the feedback of the community.
When we enter new markets it mostly happen with super high end products like with our PSU, first we launched the 1500W digital controlled single sleaved cabled OC model... Now...
Which slower card do you mean?
If you have a high end SKU like 980Ti you will not be able to step up to the new generation mid range chipset, you will only be able to go for the new high end chipset.
I would say stay calm and see what launches when it launches.... There is then still 2 years...

Before you start the RMA, can you make sure the 24 Pin at the PSU and the mobo is fine? If there is any issue with the connectors or plug or it is not sitting 100% it could also cause this issue. If this is all fine youll need to have the PSU registered to your account then you can contact...
It do suggest it but is not always the case. Sometimes there are driver updates that improve performance which can show faults that did not show up before.
If the card is now running fine with that driver I would suggest to see how the next driver updates will work with the card, if they cause...
Are you able to test the GPU with a different power supply? If the PSU can not delivery the right and equal ammount of power components might not get regionised correctly or not at all. Generally if you want to you can also handle RMA with the card and get it exchanged so we can make sure you...
I would also suggest to clean out all old driver on your system with third party software like driver fusion or DDU to make sure there is no old entrys that are in conflict with new ones.
Hi, the 650 G2 is a single rail PSU so all connectors run the same rail. The quality of the cable is also good to connect the card with just one cable but of course if you want to you can also use two cables
Hi, the CW at your video do sound extreme. It is possible to have bad luck but it is unlikely to have bad luck with a new and replacement card the same way. Usually replacement cards are also pretested and the RMA guys would have noticed that noise...
Did you already try to run the card for 2-3...

Well, the BIOS on the cards is more or less the same on all cards. If that would be a general issue of the BIOS specs/operating voltages or temp limits other cards should be affected too. Generally you can also try to open the card and replace the thermal paste on it (just if you want to!)...
