Check out the Lenovo legion 14". It can be built with 32gb with a 4060 and a amd 7840hs for around £1500. I think its actually cheaper. Memory is soldered though but nvme is upgradable according a reviewer on youtube.

To rule out both scenarios can you temporarily remap the map key and test both new map key and caps lock. What connections/cables are running from gpu to your monitor? Is it happening again with the new install?

sometimes when diagnosing an issue I try to look for changes in behaviour when a easy change can be made, to rule things out. For instance if it goes from 30mins to 2hrs before crashing it may be a airflow/thermal issue etc or nothing changes then you move on to something else.

Does your system get abit toasty? Try playing with with the case door off and play, see if the system behaves differently? Maybe some transient power spike?

I wouldn't worry about it. Perhaps there are some settings in the bios that can be stream lined. A good overclocking guide for your motherboard is a good source for bios features etc as well as your manual. If you get no luck from other advice then I would start from scratch again but this time...
