It had power running to the building, but I had to put in a meter, fuse box, lights sockets etc. Cost about £1400 I think... Then the rent averages out at about £200 a month. My m8 pays his farmer about £120 a month.

I was the same. I kept umming and arring all morning. I finally decided if I got back from the accountants, and there were still ones left I would have gone for it, so I was relieved in a way they had all gone - as it made the decision for me :)
To be honest it does happen...in my business a competitor was selling an item cheaper than we could buy it for so I kicked off big time with the supplier thinking this other company were getting better discounts etc and after a few arguments he showed me an invoice and they were paying exactly...

A couple of years ago my house got totally infested with fleas :( from a stray cat that kept coming in ..one thing that worked quite well...was put a dinner plate with water and a splash of fairy liquid in it on the carpet and put a desk lamp next to it so that the light shines onto the floor...

Really enjoyed watching the whole thing :) sadly spoiled by the weather . I do love events like this as Britain really does put on a fantastic show with all the pomp & ceremony ,makes me proud to be British and I dont think that very often !

Looks very nice...I have been umming and arring about a new case and may well look into getting one of these (great concept) but for a while i will keep my poor old sonata for now as skint from buying new parts :)...
I have been umming and arring this same decision for a week or so and tonight took the plunge and went for I7 860 .I like the idea of cooler running /lower power consumption but very similar performance.
