So in the spirit of eco friendly and not chucking things away (and being a bit cheap)... I'd love to reuse some old tills.
We've replaced all our shop tills from a touch screen windows based one to a new one that only runs on ios hence replaced with ipads.
We've got 3 old Epos Now tills that...
That’s some nice front squatting! You’re training for cycling you mentioned before. What kind of cycling? Short distance I’m guessing from the explosive sets or is that helpful at any distance?
Awesome start!
One thing I'd like to mention anecdotally (as I've noticed it both myself and with my mate who's the same age as you). But find a programme or training style you 'enjoy'. The perfect programme, or most well rounded one etc might exist but if you don't enjoy it then you'll train...
Did the Murph today with no weight.
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
39:25
Going to do it once a week I think and slowly add a weighted vest.
:D ! We all have to start somewhere. To be honest I was stuck on the same weights for years and years until I met a guy in Uni who was a lot stronger than me. We started training together and I just did a terrible dirty bulk. I'd finish my workout and head to Tescos, buy mini pizza's and gallons...
Haha! Cheers man!
Went Monday and did legs.
Squat
Warmup Sets

And then two sets of 15 leg extensions and leg curls superset together...
And I was destroyed already. Clearly haven't done anything in a long time.
Tuesday
Upper body
Bench press
3 sets of 80kg x 10
Superset with...
So I've trained on and off since I was around 17/18.
I trained on and off until I was 23 where I got to this:
Then I gave up for a while and looked like this:
I got back into it a year and a half ago between 28/29 and got back to this:
And then... Covid19 came along, my...
So my pump saga continues unfortunately. It died earlier so I've swapped out again for stock. I've tried plugging it in separately and it will power for a split second and then nothing. Like every 5 seconds you here a small neeeeeeow sound. Then I tried unplugging and replugging a few times and...
Awful images but everything is up and running now.
And this is the closest I get to 'cable management' :D
Anyone know what I can do about the fan controller? Ideally I'd rather connect it to MOBO so I can control everything through the same software (currently using mystic light for the...
So what I ended up ordering was this. Pretty happy with it all other than having read the MOBO isn't great, but too late now. All up and running nicely now:
My basket at Overclockers UK:
1 x MSI MPG X570 GAMING EDGE WIFI (AMD AM4) DDR4 X570 Chipset ATX Motherboard= £199.99
1 x Raijintek Eos...
Ok it's definitely the pump, but I think it's working now. I took it apart so I could listen to the pump outside of the case and I could hear it wasn't running. It would run for a second then stop. I changed cables and reseated it a few times and it started running. So I put it back in and then...
Just to add I’ve tried a new sata cable from the PSU, the pump cable is hardwired in so I can’t change that if I have damaged that bit. That will be particularly annoying if i have messed it up :D
Not sure if any of these images help?
Have now tried unplugging and plugging it in a whole load of times and still nothing, have I done something wrong or broken it?

So fans are spinning, rgb still lights up, and I haven’t touched the cpu block. It has to be the cable for the pump/radiator right? I’ll try plugging and unplugging it a few times. Thanks!
Tried redoing the cable and it didn't work. So I tried plugging in another sata power cable into my PSU and using that and nope still 100 degrees plus? Anything else that I'm missing or just keep trying to reseat the cable maybe?
Bugger... it stayed like that for 30 mins so I assumed all was fine. Turned off, tidied up the cables etc and closed it all up and now it's over 100 degrees. How could that be?
