and just to confirm, these will be shine 3 compatible? I ask because lots of sellers are flogging the shine 2 keycaps which may be compatible and fit, they dont have the same marking on the function keys for the DS3 Thanks PS. any rough ETA? 1-2 weeks or 1-2 months?

LOL! thats exactly why i posted the question. Have you looked at that forum recently? Its up to 895 pages so far and i really dont have time to sift through each page to find changes to my particular MB. I guess im just having a little moan as i dont think the change log exists anywhere...

This has been bugging me for a while now but does anyone know why a huge MB manufacturer like gigabyte don't publish change logs for their MB BIOS? I have a Z87-UD4H and am on F5. The latest is F8 but i want to know what has changed and been fixed before updating. It like Russian roulette...

have you tried all the different USB ports on your pc? maybe some aren't powered while others are? let us know if you resolve it or not

you wont be disappointed with the DS3. I got one with blue MX and blue LED and wow, really pleased with it. Its so loud too - love it :D enjoy your new keyb and dont forget to update the firmware when you get it

Try it with an open mind and you won't look back. I find windows 7 dated now. Metro is not to everyone's taste but all it really is is a full screen animated start menu. Get your head past that and you will get it, My 2c

Yea don't mess with secure boot unless you are 100% sure you know what settings will have an impact where. FYI there is a hot fix from Microsoft to remove the secure boot error watermark from the desktop. Google it and you should find it easy. Secure boot seems to be more suited to business...

I thought the rapid storage drivers were only required if you wanted to use an ssd as a cache drive only. I don't think you get better performance from installing them. Has any one tested this or seen any sites that have tested them? Would be very interested in setting results!

ok so basically, i can confirm i have installed in UEFI mode (which is the right thing to do) and i dont want the old windows logo back. UEFI booting/sleep/resume/reboot is much quicker so all good! this video shows it nicely. You can see the dell logo on the UEFI booting laptop on the left...

give it a chance on your physical install, you will like it when you get used to it (which takes a couple of hours). Remember, the windows logo key on your keyboard is your friend!
