    ** TECH LABS PRESENTS - 980TI **

Minimum would be a radiator, pump, tubing, some fans and the reservoir, as well as the fittings to join the tubing to the components, and obviously fluid itself. You get pump/res combos. A cpu waterblock would obviously be nice as well, to get everything underwater.

    £300 laptop?

I'd go for a Chromebook personally, unless they desperately want to play Minecraft ect on them. Otherwise I'd look for a refurb Thinkpad. You can get one with an i5 and a small SSD with a new battery for around that. Have a look on the bay.

Samsung Galaxy S5 - anything else I should consider?

I've been using an LG G2 and really liked it and the G3 is meant to be even better, it can be had for that much. The OnePlus and Asus Zenphone 2 are also good if you want to go the cash up front route.

Possible to get any touchscreen to work on a PC?

Is it built into the car or third party? What OS are you planning on running? If its third party there is a chance you could re-purpose it depending on how off the shelf it is, but its unlikely it'll be particularly plug and play.

    Can't Decide On Widescreen!

Superwide does sacrifice a lot of height, which personally I find to be a bit annoying when browsing/coding ect as you're constantly scrolling. Go check some out at a shop first. Out of those two I would go for the Freesync one as well, as there is a decent chance you will stick with AMD and if...

    Budget gaming mouse

For years I used a £8 Dell Optical mouse with forward and back buttons on the sides, anything with them would work as keybinds can be rebound ingame. Kinda like one of these https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=KB-049-GI&groupid=702&catid=23 There is a bit of a gap in the...

Painting an old Cherry MX board.

I recently acquired a couple of old Cherry MX keyboards from when my university's lab upgraded things, and have been debating whether or not to dismantle one and respray it from slightly dirty beige to something more interesting. One of them is a black switch G80 which I will probably keep as...

    ** TRULY INSALE DEALS ON GTX 780Ti & GTX 770!! **

Yea, thats what I thought happened, hence me saying it would be pointless getting a 4gb 770 when I currently am running a 2gb one.

    ** TRULY INSALE DEALS ON GTX 780Ti & GTX 770!! **

Yea, but there is no point SLI'ing a 4gb 770 with a 2gb one (not sure that it would even work), and for the £200 of the 4gb 770 you may as well get the 4gb Asus/MSI/Gigabyte 960.

    ** TRULY INSALE DEALS ON GTX 780Ti & GTX 770!! **

I'd say so yea, although a 960 is similar price and performance, plus come in a 4gb version. I already have a 770 hence its tempting to SLI, but 2gb Vram isn't very future proof considering how much games like GTA V and Shadow of Mordor demand even at 1080p. Still tempted, but I am likely...

** 120MM FANS - PRICES SMASHED - ASK FOR DISCOUNT & PRICE MATCH**

I've been half looking for a quiet 200mm fan for the front of my Phanteks, the stock one is kinda loud even at really low RPM. Anything out there? Tempted to get something nicer for my H100i as well.

    ** INSANITY HERE AT OcUK: HD 7950 SUB £100 & 7850 FOR £50 !! **

Any chance of a deal like this on GTX 770's? ;) Epic price on those cards though, helluva lotta power for the money. Can you Crossfire the 7850's?

Replacement PSU - SLI GTX 770's

Bottom of the review says that. Although I'd agree that a 750w sounds fine from those numbers. I'll have a think, the 750w G2 is a chunk cheaper. But PSU's are most efficient at 50-60% load so you can argue for both sides.

Replacement PSU - SLI GTX 770's

Doing some very vague maths, 750w assuming a draw of 250w from each GPU plus everything else will be really tight. Hence looking at ~850w. I'll eat baked beans for the next few weeks and probably will go for the EVGA 850w gold G2 Supernova thing. 10 year warranty plus I prefer the way it...

Replacement PSU - SLI GTX 770's

What does the £30 premium on those provide over either of the ones I found, 80+ ratings nonwithstanding?

Replacement PSU - SLI GTX 770's

My Corsair CX600 died sometime between going to bed last night and waking up this morning which kinda sucks, so I'm going to use the opportunity to upgrade to a PSU that isn't awful, and future proof it so I can SLI sometime soon. Requirements are at least semi modular and capable of powering 2...
