Considering the state of the world at the moment is it still safe to use Kaspersky anti virus as it is Russian? Mine just auto renewed but it made me consider changing it. What are your thoughts on this?
Personally I use a microfibre cloth dragged very lightly over the screen to remove the dust first, then a slightly dampened microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints etc. Just don’t rub the screen too hard and always clean the screen when it is switched off and has cooled down fully. This works...
Hi guys, thank you all for the suggestions, it's working now I changed the PCIe x 16 configuration from auto to Gen 3 and it works now. Thank you all for your help :):):D:D
Hi all, I'm having an issue with running an RTX3090 FE card using the Lian Li O11DXL-1 vertical mount adaptor. The card works fine plugged straight into the motherboard which is an Asus Crossfire VIII Dark Hero, but as soon as it is put into the vertical mount adaptor it refuses to put out a...
I've got 6 ST120 fans controlled by the bespoke Lian Li controller and thats really good. The rest on my GPU, CPU and memory are controlled by Armoury Crate but I've found it to be ok since i updated it last if that helps, it's not crashed in a long time now. Agreed it did used to be flaky as...
I recently cancelled a pre-order on a monitor, I phoned up and quoted the order number and they cancelled the order straight away and the money was back on my credit card within 48 hours. I'd paid through Amazon pay too.
i've got a really old 150W psu I use to test my loop with out of a scrap computer. If you get a piece of wire or a paperclip and connect the green wire to the black one next to it you can run the psu without it connected to the motherboard. You can then us a sata or molex connection on the psu...
Thanks for the advice guys, thats pretty much what i thought much appreciated! I've got the AM4 retention bracket already, i bought the block a couple of years ago for my 1700 but ive just upgraded to a 3900x after coming into a bit of money so treated myself to a new processor motherboard and...
As the title of the post suggests I'm re doing my loop with a 3900X replacing a 1700. Will my Raystorm Pro be adequate for the 3900X or will I need a new block? Any suggestions gratefully received.

Did you pH test the flush water from the system before you put the coolant in? Or was it when you drained the yellowed coolant out? Sounds to me like you might have still had some blitz part 2 in the system somewhere. I used it on my last rebuild and had to flush it out about 5 times to get it...
I'm pretty sure you only need one 8 pin cpu power connector unless you're doing sub ambient cooling overclocking such as LN2. I seem to remember OC3D and Jayz2cents both mentioning it on Youtube vids when its cropped up on their forums,
Yes the red coolant is the worst for staining the insides of rads and blocks and is difficult to clean. Jayz2cents did a video on YouTube about it a while ago too.
I’ve had the same problem when going from red coolant and you have to keep flushing the system through. I went through about 12 litres of deionised water flushing the part 2 blitz out until it was clear.
