Yep just checked the benches there, you are 100% right the rtx2070 super is a 50+ fps card versus the gtx 1660 super. Good advice, thank you. I am thinking about backing off with CPU, and adding some cash to the GPU.

Agreed it will a pain babying the card, I am bit old fashioned in the sense I like to use something to the max before disposing. I take comfort from the fact that I cant get a decent card for not that much money, considering what I paid for the 780gtx.

I cant complain at all, I have had a lot hours fun out of this card.

If I get a couple of months good gaming out of it, I wont be complaining at all. I probably will run it to the max, then buy another card. In 2 years or so, it will be full system.
