Are badge notifications working on the Samsung email app? No issues with other apps I.e. SMS, WhatsApp. Have checked settings everywhere and it's all checked to receive notifications. The notification pops up, just the relevant badge number icon doesn't reflect this. Driving me insane!

Anyone else having problems with the sound cutting out. Playing any YouTube,music content causes the loudspeaker to cut out after a second or two. Only thing that fixes this is a reboot, and then reappears after a shirt while. Completely random. Praying I don't have to send back for a repair?

Quick update guys. Thanks for your help. Booked this through sky, BT engineer turned up this morning. Had a quick look and replaced cable.run from box to the point. Now all working, no charge. Not sure if the tea and biscuits helped though :)

I know, i'm a muppet. I accidentally cut my BT cable outside the house coming down from a junction box at roof level. Trouble is i am a Sky customer i.e. pay line rental to them. Should i report this to BT or SKY, and more importantly, can i expect a charge to get this repaired?
