Reading that someone has been rescued from the water uninjured. After a fall of 56 metres? Crikey. Presumably they were in a car, with seat belt on and airbags deployed when it hit the water, but that's still pretty impressive.
Yeah, that's true about the madial menu. But to be honest the gripe it raises isn't the menu itself - it's the having to limit yourself in each encounter to which 4 weapons you think will be most useful. Of course you can swap others in and out but it's a bit of a faff.
Remembering that I used to play GTA with both control systems - switching to joypad when driving, then back again - and remembering what happened if I needed to shoot too suddenly to make the switch ... I'm pretty sure I'm not capable of aiming with the right stick. :D
Embarrassingly, I need to check that with her. This happened right in the middle of my dad being in hospital with a fairly major health scare (pneumonia, possible fluid on the brain which was thankfully ruled out, and a final diagnosis of an underlying cause of Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation)...
I always play stuff like this with K&B. Indeed I bought this a couple of weeks ago when it was reduced to less than a tenner, and that's how I'm playing it.
How do you even play such a game with controller? Does the computer / console just aim for you?
I mean, I think the slant of that advert was to get yourself checked out if there's a reason to suspect a problem, not just because it's Tuesday. I'm not sure it's unreasonable to expect a symptom.
But that doesn't remove the daftness of that ad campaign. My mum got a sudden and abiding chest...
I kind of agree with this - but at the same time I also struggle with a party size of 4 / 6 when there are other characters you could bring in to your party - but can't because you like the ones you've got. :D
I never really liked Dynaheir, but felt I had to keep her because - you can't not...
Just sneak into Varosha and pick up a classic for free.

(Sorry for the vid - just the first one I could find on the subject.)
Generally good post - but I don't agree with the bit in bold.
If a vulnerable person is coerced into agreeing a ludicrous price ahead of time, does that mean they weren't scammed because they agreed to it?
I don't think it's as simple as that.
They're an interesting idea - and I can see how they protect the headset. But I can only imagine I would drown in sweat if I exercised with, basically, half a balaclava over my head. :D
How do people who play sweaty games manage their face surround?
On the Rift S I tried silicone covers. But I blame them for the connector to the head strap breaking - left all the weight on that strap because the silicone didn't grip your face. And they were never as comfortable.
What I really...
You're not seeing the bigger picture. Yes, the entire country would grind to a halt. But at least Richard wouldn't have to see people who are the wrong colour.
