An M2 Mini with 24GB RAM. I'm pretty certain it will handle photo editing without any issues but I'm using the opportunity to sort out my backup workflow and file management
My Mac mini has arrived and I would appreciate some advice on back up and efficient workflow please - it's my first experience with Apple
The machine will mainly be used for photography and I've got 2 x 5TB external hard drives for back up storage. It's been suggested to me to use them as RAID...
I did a little more research and am going to go for......a Viewsonic. It seems to offer what I need for a little over half the price of the Dell. It's not as good looking as the Dell but the price swings it for me.
If you haven't seen it this is quite a decent review https://youtu.be/WIlrei--rlA
As per the title any thoughts please. I'll be using primarily for image editing and the Dell has a matt screen and wider colour gamut plus looks a little more stylish I'm. I can't spring for for a full Adobe RGB in 32 inch and in reality I probably don't don't enough printing to justify it
I'm a total novice when it comes to PC specs but looking to get a new PC for photo editing primarily using Lightroom and Photoshop, together with usual Internet browsing. I'm not a gamer.
The budget is £1000ish excluding monitor and usual peripherals. I know when I purchased my existing PC it...
Budget is £500 or so. Within this do I:
Stump up the extra for a Benq SW270C, which gets glowing reviews and also has 100% Adobe RGB coverage but is a 2k monitor
Go for a 4k monitor which will have 100% sRGB but then limited Adobe RGB colour space
It will be for used for photography and not...

I know...

If you've got an area you can remove the Triple and apply to bare paint you could test this.
Has anyone got or used the Mitchell & King DA and could offer any comments. The inference is it's smoother to use than other DA's in its price range.
I'm aware most of these machines for £100-£150 are effectively the same but rebadged. Just wondered if the M&K was different as they have a good...
I'm afraid I can't remember as I deleted it along with some others that I didn't see the need for. However from memory I think it was one that allowed you to play youtube videos in HD
Looking for some advice please. When I go to click the image to play a YouTube video instead of playing it jumps to a discussion from one of my subscribed channels. Any advice appreciated please
Im using Windows 8.1 with Firefox v 82.0.3
I have version 3.2.12 of VLC, which has now stopped casting to my Sony XF9005 - the cast symbol doesn't appear in the App.
The TV has built in Chromecast and I have tried the advice of clearing the cache in the TV but to no success. I know the Chromecast side works with the YouTube app.
Any...
