Hi We've just bought a new house and the fridge door often stops just short of closing unless you remember to close it all the way. Can anyone recommend an alarm that goes off when the door is left open beyond a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 seconds) Thanks

Not sure why people are so worried about privacy. Sure, Amazon will be aggregating huge amounts of data and using it for targeted advertising. But it's not like Jeff Bezos is sitting there listening to you and the mrs chatting every night after work.

Another vote for a high fat and high protein breakfast. Throwaway the junky cereals/breads and start eating real foods.

Unfortunately these labels won't display nutritional quality at all and will further exacerbate the flawed mindset that high fat foods should be avoided in favour of carby/sugary foods.
