Have swapped my setup around to get 1130mbit back. Using pfsense in load balance rather than LAG. But so annyoing as a hub5 would sort my problems properly.

Anyone had any joy getting a Hub5 out virgin. Currently have a Hub4 and did the LAG to get full speed. Contract up and everytime I call just get a foreign call centre who can't understand why I want a 5 when the 4 supports my service. Do I have to cancel to talk to someone over here?
