I use the F4-120 (2200rpm) on the Raijintek Triton Core does the job very nicely. Temp wise at OC to 4.5 ghz on a 4770k sits about 28 to 34c, depends on room temp/day etc. Full load gaming, 60/65c - When I do full rendering/video editing it does hit near 70c.
