I got my order in late last night as I wanted to absorb as much info as possible. The 3900x was showing as in-stock this morning so I should get it shipped today right....right? :eek::cool::D

CPU bottleneck ?

Its a non-linear thing. outside of the chips operating window (how ever that ends up on any give chip) the power and there for heat, go up exponentially with little speed improvements.

Since Thursday 02/10 I have been the very happy owner if the MSI 970. Its amazing! on my not to amazing pc. I have never seen it go above 63C in my case. The fan pops on and goes up to 950 rpm and the temps go back to 57C-60C at about 600 rpm give or take. and that's with +200Mhz GPU+RAM in...

Well I ordered the MSI 970 as soon as I saw them come back in stock, and I already got the "Been Shipped" email. Spot on OC+1 Im upgrading from my Apu soooo no doubts I will be impressed ?? :eek:
