Anyone had an issue with latest AMD drivers and 3DMark..basically I updated to very latest GPU driver (for warzone support) and my motherboard chipset drivers. Games so far seem fine but running 3DMark benchmarks are low and I found that my CPU basically runs at idle speed around 400htz...

Hope so the beta didn't until i was pointed to a newer beta driver release with bf 2042 support. Its probably a NVidia thing on my part..i am not used to getting good working drivers with new games from the off lets see how the red team do:)

Well its not a strange question as far as i am concerned i have yet to ever manage to play a new game release of battlefield without having to update the driver for it and often it will specifically state or mention info about the game itself when i do. Hopefully you are correct and the newest...

I did that last gen and look at the situation now ! You would be better off keeping your gpu at least you will have a workable pc that games at lower settings i did this for over a year have prices improved ? I think your in for a very long wait :(

I got a asus strix 6800xt OC watercooled version after waiting months with a new build for a gpu upgrade i paid a stomach churning £1150 for it. The only saving grace was selling my 1080ti for £480 which was crazy considering its 3rd hand and i got it for £520 a couple of years ago.

With Battlefield 2042 beta due to release tomorrow do i need a updated driver to play ? Is there any new driver being released for it i think nvidia have released a game ready driver ! Thanks

Had Nvidia recently switched to AMD and drivers are better in my opinion...by far !
