Hello, having a couple of issues with my new build, i have took my 3870k out of my downgraded HTPC (AM1 now) and bought a R9 285 MSI GPU. Even at its lowest settings on most games (mainly COD AW) i am unable to get no stuttering, is it something to do with my CPU or GPU or a combination...

Yeah got a little weird but in general it kinda worked well because the show is weird anyway
