Sony 75XJ90 would be the lowest model I'd go. Even the model before to save a little extra. The differences will always be minimal when it comes to PQ.
Don't do it.
It's betaware. Some people have been stuck with engineering firmware for years because the final release numbers have been below what they downloaded.
Just wait for the final release.
Onkyo TX-8270 - stereo receiver with 4* HDMI, 4K pass-thru and sub out. Finding one may prove difficult. Else look towards 1st gen 4k AVRs like the Denon X2200W.

About a week for an average sized room if employing a high quality pro.
Do it yourself if you want it done in 2 days, because the quality will be the same.

HZ2000 is the best current OLED, though limited to 65" and it's expensive compared to the competition.

In summary - LG are far from being the best OLEDs. Middle of the road at best. All they offer is 2.1 and...
We've hit 33c in the sun (27 in the shade) so far. Summer will be hot again this year. Last year we hit 42c in the shade, which was pushing 50 in direct sunlight.
Unless the 2600 has dropped down to 299 new, avoid.
Buy a used one from a previous generation. They're basically all the same anyway, bar some minor updates to warrant a new model every year (minus HEOS).

Marantz 70xx
Marantz 60xx
Arcam AVR450/600
Anthem MRX 5XX/7XX
Harmon Kardon do some half decent gear as well, but not a brand...
