Sounds like it's their side if you tried 2 brands maybe their equipment? You need to rule that out first. I have Grain and Xe75 Pros and have no issues with them. I originally had an Orbi rbk50 and also worked fine with a static IP. When upgraded to the xe75pro I just used the Mac clone...
Looks like it does according to this post.

How did you get on, have you made a decision yet? Im thinking of getting a DS418Play too.
I doubt they will change unless they see a big dip in sales. I won't and like Nexus18 says vote with your wallets. However there are a lot of console gamers I know who dont really care or clued up on it and will still buy it :(, im sure there are PC gamers too.
Game looks amazing on ultrawide...
Bought a 1080ti and a X34a to play at 100hz, ultrawide 3440x1440 with Gsync but for most of the gaming time play BF1 my PS4 which doesnt support any of the features!
Also instead of playing the latest and greatest ive found myself going back to some classic games like NOLF 1 & 2!
I had a 2 x 27" (1080p 60hz) and now a X34A, I don't miss the 2 screens that much. It all depends on your usage I guess. Saying that, now with the football back on I like the idea of having 2 screens one to watch footy on the side while I game.
Looks nice, been waiting to upgrade my aging antec 300 two. My 1080ti and 6600k with an evo 212 aren't that loud, would this be quieter even with the window than a 300 two?
I agree with Nexus18.
I recently bought a Acer X34a which has been great for gaming (Gsync and 100hz) and productivity. I got a good one with little bleed and overclocks to 100hz no issues.
However the picture quality isn't a patch on my Samsung KS7000 TV. Imagine what an OLED would look next...
@dazzlaa
I got mine yesterday and the display turns off with the PC aswell, just the orange led stays on. To turn off completely I have to press the power button but I had to do that with all my monitors.
Wow that is a good price! Glad to hear you like it.
That's my thought, I don't expect a 4k Gsync with 60+Hz/Oled monitors being close to £1000 this or next year! Well at least with current trend in pricing.
Maybe when the next adaptive sync TV's come out then maybe we will see monitors come at...
Is buying an X34a worth it now and using it for a couple of years until 4k/Oled/HDR/100+HZ/Ultrawide monitors become more standard (and cheaper!!).
I have only ever sampled 2x 1080p TN @ 60hz without any adaptive sync technology so assume a jump up to an Ultrawide 100hz 1440p with Gsync will...
