Thats exactly what i am thinking too; for the next year or so i would simply want to use the 1080P resolution but want to be sure it would run correctly and crisp with 60hrzs using a DP to HDMI convertor since most 4k displays only have HDMI at 24hrz Then in the future when i upgrade my PC...
