Best top end upgrade for X570 Aqua (Water-cooled) Motherboard.

Apologies late to this. I went from a 5900X to a 7800X3D, 1440p UW both on a 4090. The difference was huge. If you can return I would certainly consider.

    Panasonic ub820 vs ub9000

Hi all, Apologies for the delay, been a busy time at work. Doesn't sound like an update on the BD player is worth it (sticking with UB820) Thanks @lucid Budget wise circa £1,000 flexibility on this. More focus on value for money. So if spending more, gets me worthwhile uplift i can. Happy to...

    LG OLED 2024 thread - A4, B4, C4, G4

Hopefully the 97 is more reasonable than the 8k £25k model. Been on an 83 inch for a couple of years now but come down from a projector missing the size, but would never go non-OLED now.

    Panasonic ub820 vs ub9000

Hi all, I currently have Panasonic UB820 (used for 4k and standard blu rays) on a 83 inch LG OLED. Running 5.1.2 through a Denon amp AVC X3800H. Would I notice any benefit from upgrading to the UB9000. From my reading, it's mostly build quality and silent operation that I would benefit from...

    7800X3D now or wait?

    I went from a 5900x to a 7800x3d on a 4090 (1440p UW) and was a huge upgrade. Would recommend.

Thanks mate - very much appreciated. Will get it ordered. Mind once I pull together the full list giving it a quick look?

    Ubiquity setup

Would 3 GB WAN create an issue? I would be cat6a from router (10 gig port) into Dreammachine, then 10 gig out to PC both RJ45 (happy to buy converters). Thanks

    Ubiquity setup

No, sorry for any confusion. The NAS will just go in the rack doesn't need 10 gb. Going to be a plex server.

    Ubiquity setup

This is great. Yeah i know the adapters. It's RJ45. So really I just need the dreammachine SE, a rack, the AP and I'm good to go.

    Ubiquity setup

The ONT is 10 gb as far as i understand. It's communityfibre. I'm getting 3.1/3.0 using my 10 gig network card. Thanks mate, really helpful. Am I correct in understanding with just the dream machine SE, I could go 10 gig in and and 10 gig wired to the PC (without the need for an extra switch)...

    Ubiquity setup

Fair - happy to accept that. What would you go setup wise?

    Ubiquity setup

No need but why not. Nice to get the full bandwidth. Currently I'm running a cat6a cable into a 10 gig network card which is working. But want to be able to plug in a AP (it's the centre of the house) and ability to plug in my Nas all in that location.

    Ubiquity setup

My issue is I need PoE as well for an AP. Really interested in what anyone would recommend to acheive the above.

Quick one, would the below give me the same functionality. What would I be losing? XG 6 PoE (Gen1) From what I understand I can achieve all of the above. Thanks
