    Does it Exist?

If it doesn't exist it's a good indication what you're trying to do is unwise for reasons anyone that can make them understands. Alternatively; you've found a niche in the market.

Mayhems Blitz - Part 1 and 2 additional parts

I'm looking at Blitzing my system. Aside from deionised water, what else do I need to get to use this? (measuring jug, funnel, anything else - do they need to be made of a specific plastic?)

    Fury X Screws

I've managed to misplace screws when fitting a new IO bracket - any idea the size/length & headtype of these? AMD have referred me to manufacturer, and Sapphire have been no help. Cheers!

Fury X BIOS swapping on GPUZ

Interestingly it's a Sapphire version but displays ATI/AMD as the subvender - do other Fury X's also do this? Is this because it's only available as a reference model? I checked the first device ID against devicehunt & it's AMD FURYX/nano. Second device ID I have no idea. It's running an...

Fury X BIOS swapping on GPUZ

Interesting - that's also the latest (officially) released BIOS.

Fury X BIOS swapping on GPUZ

The Fury X is only avalible as a stock design from AMD with no customisation by different manufacturers; ASUS, GIGABYTE, MSI, PowerColor, Sapphire, VTX3D, and XFX. This means the avalible BIOSs can be flashed between cards - does doing this change the displayed subvendor in GPUZ?

Games you feel everyone should play

You can turn the difficulty down, just take it slow & know when to run, and when to hide. Probably a lot longer than it needed to be if I went faster :D Highly recommended though!

    Upgrading current system

Vast improvement? no - but it's still a good upgrade. There are more AAA games that have 8GB RAM as required rather than recommended.

When to change bad drives (life span)

Infant mortality of drives aside, the operating temperature & spin up/down of drives is the main cause of wear & tear. I've also had a few drives that have died after being pulled from a system - shock helps finish them off.

    Is my SSD Dead?

I had to clone a partition to a SSD from another hard drive in order to get around a similar bug. It was just a problem with installation, not actually running the OS.

Hard Drive recommendation for gaming/video editing

Also look at the warranty length - it shows how sure the manufacturers are of their product. WD Black drives come with 5 years warranty, others are 2-3 years.

how smart has your home gone?

How many people who have addressable RGB lights installed actually use them daily? It seems like a novelty.

Is there any benefit to being diagnosed as an adult unless you're at university?

    Fallout 76

I hope it has drop in/drop out co-op. Rather than being a full-MMO.

Games you feel everyone should play

Alien Isolation - but it should be played by yourself in a dark room. With headphones.

TWO sets of faulty DRAM - or something else?

Not all errors are errors - It's possible the ram is fine & it's the motherboard not reading the sticks properly.

Is it worth it to OC RAM?

The RAM controller is on the CPU die - generally you'll get better performance sacrificing a RAM overclock for a CPU overclock instead. There's only so much power the CPU can take in & heat it can generate before it gets unstable.

    1 x 16gb or 2 x 8gb?

Then again, it's easier to get matching pairs later. It's all down to how long it'll be before you upgrade, and what you think prices will be like when you do.
