I invested in AMD in 2016 (first ever investment). trebled my money in months. With Lisa Su and the arrival of Zen things were going very well so I told friends and family that it seemed to be a good investment. Most ignored me and those that invested chose other companies and lost money.

Fairly comprehensive test

In fact, out of 370 benchmarks run on both the Ryzen 7 7840U and Core Ultra 7 155H focused strictly on the processor performance, the Ryzen 7 7840U was the best performer 80% of the time!
I disagee. Having the money to coerse game devs and sway public opinion has proved sucessful for Nvidia, but as with intel nothing stays the same. DLSS etc, is just todays fad. IMHO the future will be very different,
IMHO the stock market is a very dodgy place but now we see AMD at 163Bn ($101 per share) whereas Intc 119Bn.
Maybe a new thread is required - Intel on the road to recovery (in the next few years that is)
It's not a question if AMD is big enough to make huge chips. There is a lot more to it than that, as you well know. If huge monolithic chips were the future, do you think that Intel would be striving their nuts off to get their chipletts out of the door.
