I asked them to use my very old bt line as entry point thinking they wouldn't touch it. Probably helped that I disconnected as much of the inside to leave a hole so they used that hole and drilled it out a bit and removed the cable from outside.

That's an absolute steal. no one have been an awesome ISP and I'm really impressed with their service.

To be fair, the mercku 6a No One provide is much better than I expected. I've not had to reboot it since I got it. My old asus ac3200 hooked up to my virgin cable modem needed a reboot fairly regularly. Also, the mercku meshes up really nicely with another 6a I got from them.

You may as well grab their router anyway just in case your asus gives up the ghost.

I used cityfibres own speed site, 918 down, 929 up, ping 7ms. Have a camera photo of monitor showing those speeds but uploading seems to be too much of a hassle!

Just be wary that Vodafone seem to have exclusivity for a certain period before other ISPs can offer their services. This may have changed recently but it annoyed me because I've had terrible experiences with Vodafone in the past so they are on my crap list.

PS5 downloaded 65Gb of F1 23 in less than 10 mins. I was pretty satisfied with that. Upload speed is amazing such that it's noticeable higher than my previous ISP Virgin.
