I did like the idea of the seasonic evo, but have been reading up on the be quiet pure power 10 the semi modular version. 80+ silver with dual rail and 500W.
But they all seem fairly similar, just a case of hitting the purchase...

I'm building a ryzen ITX build with r3 1200 oc, (waiting for the refresh next year before going higher in the CPU)
Rx570 and 1 nvme drive. 1 Sata ssd.
So I dont need a huge PSU, been looking at the 450 to 520w but with goods Amps...

Any ideas if 3200+mhz makes more or less difference for lower end CPU's v higher end (ryzen at least) ? or are the gains similar across the board?

I have an Asrock ab350m-itx motherboard on the way. I've been doing the endless search for B-die ram. Now coming back to the Team dark pro sticks.
Question as I'm looking at just a Ryzen 5 1400 (for now) is the 8pack 3200 worth it? Or would the Team dark pro 3000mhz be just as useful...
