An AIO would be overkill if you're not OC'in. Consider a dual tower cooler with RGB perhaps..

I would go with a gold rated PSU. Don't skimp on it, it's the heart of the system.

You're best off going with one of the suggested CPUs as they will provide greater longevity than the 4 core 4 thread i5 7600, which may be cheaper today but it will struggle in the long run.
