I have looked into this and it appears to vary from different insurers, some will some won't.

Well I don't buy a TV licence because I don't watch live TV, I do like to watch Emmerdale and Coronation street but only on itv hub catch up, other than that it's Youtube and amazon prime. Nothing live. Never known the Police to arrest people for not having a TV licence though???

Without rule of law our short lives would be far worse surely but I do understand what's being said. I worry that using vehicles without tax or valid mot also may invalidates any insurance if any, do you think this is acceptable and OK and if so how would you justify it?
