Thanks for the response, sorry been away. The thought was that making the fibre connect via a 10gb connection would stop my slow downs. When transferring 60gb of larger files across the network the internet appears to slow down?
Im upgrading all the pc's to 10gb cards anyway and just thought...
A quick question with regards to the udm pro, the house has BT fibre with a 1gb connection from an ONC? socket on the wall. As the lan is running at 1gb also when the network is busy it seems to be slowing the internet connection down.
Is it worth running from the ONC directly to the udm pro...

Has anyone installed a 4090FE using the upright kit in this case? if so any pictures?
Wondered about the fan orientation as well as on the FE the fans go in opposite directions (not sure about the directions of airflow) so the case fans would have to match?
Thanks, hope that makes sense.
Thanks for all the replies, after doing some rough measurements it does look like the 4090 won't fit especially with the 35- 45mm drop for the power cable.
Case wise im looking at the Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL just for a change from the several corsairs ive owned and i like the thought an upright...
Thanks for the replies, yes, the monitor is 144hz. So, bottle neck yes, worth upgrading no.
Case wise, thanks for that i had no idea.
Now to find a case with as good airflow as my 500d.
Currently running this setup and wondered if im going to be presented with any problems when going to the new 4090 series.
Corsair 500d case - space, ok? no vertical mounted GPU as the case only allows two slots? or am i wrong.

Currently running the Corsair 500d RGB se case with the Asus ROG ryuo AIO cooler and a front mounted 240mm radiator. The setup uses the usual 3 Corsair RGB fans on the front then the radiator then the 2 120mm fans that came with the AIO - pull- pull method - tested other ways of doing it and...
