So... Is the FreeSync version considered 'slow' regarding input lag?

There are some monitors right around the corner, and for my Vega 64-system, I'll go with one of those. Spent some time with an UW btw, but to me, it's simply to large and with 32" being to tall, 27" is my sweetspot. Here's my shortlist: 27" 1440p 144hz curved VA FreeSync 2...

If you should get a 27" 1440p 144hz monitor now, which one would you go for? Or is it a really bad time to invest right now? FreeSync/G-Sync no matter. :)

Thanks for reply! I've read that, but it still puzzles me that these monitors are not FreeSync 2, as they seem to tick all the boxes. Could it be latency? Sorry to be nit-picking, but I'm trying to learn. :)

Hi, y'all! I'm a little confused here about FreeSync vs FreeSync 2. The new Acer Nitro series is said to have HDR 400, but are only certified as 'normal' FreeSync. Is this on purpose, or does it make the monitor 'poorer' as opposed to it having the 2 version? Could someone explain this to me...
