I'm glad to hear it's not just me. Lol They both should have a better return policy for the very reason that you cannot try them out first. I also worry about the firmness of the Hero. I hear its softer than the Epic, but harder than the Icon. Some say the chairs break in and others say they...
Does anyone know what the green/white bands/straps are on the bottom of some gaming chairs? Does it provide more support or comfort? I've noticed the Titan has one, Icon has one, Hero has none and I saw a Cougar Armor with 3, which is supposed to be a very comfortable chair. Anyone know?
I do have severe back problems and leg issues. I'm just going by reviews. Soft sounds more comfortable. People with the Titan complain its hard, but Noblechairs say it's like a park bench wrapped in leather. Coming from a cheaper old office chair, it might be a drastic change. That's when I lean...
I'm definitely getting the shorter gas lift and the footrest. I really need to make a decision already. Lol I was leaning towards the Titan because it is softer all around, but I really like the style of the Noblechairs. I know you did an in depth comparison that I read 100 times, but I still...

Do you guys have any problems with the adjustable lumbar hitting in the right place? Also do your feet lay flat on the floor? Is the chair firm in a painful way?
So technically since the Titan and Hero have the same gas lift, could you not buy the Noblechairs shorter gas lift for the Titan? I definitely like the look of the Hero much better, but I would rather have a softer chair.
Yes, the Hero and the Titan both have adjustable lumbar support. While I agree that posture is extremely important, a chair should not be uncomfortable to the point that people are returning them for being too hard
It's tough buying a chair without sitting in it first. I've also heard from people that the seat doesn't break in for months of at all. I just wish it was more than fine. I want to hear, its amazingly comfortable. Lol
So firm doesn't equate to uncomfortable? I have serious back and leg pain. I've heard other reviews saying the seat cushion feels like a rock wrapped in leather. I only have one chance at this. I dont wanna deal with returns. I just want it to be comfy and fit my size. Is the Secretlab Titan...
Yeah, that's true, but many people say it's very firm. Is it still comfortable? Is the lumbar support worth it? Also what is your height? I'm 5 10 and wondering if the neck pillow will reach my neck.
