Logitech G Pro, HyperX Cloud Flight or Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 are probably the best gaming headsets you can get under 150. That's just my opinion because I have used these headphones. Can't really recommend something which I haven't used.

Using HyperX Fury Extended for the past 6 months and its a great mousepad. Very good quality with textured bottom so it wont slip while flicking. Also its not that expensive.

Logitech g603 wireless and hero are great mice and have no double clicking or sensor issues and will last you long enough

Asus Maximus Hero XI is a 4 phase vram mobo and quite expensive. Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra is a great motherboard with 12 vram phases.

Looks like a motherboard issue to me if you have swapped everything else. X58 motherboards are quite expensive and are not worth it.
