I had a few problems getting it to detect but you need to set it up with the dp cable, then I had to do a complete shut down from the wall socket. then with a fresh boot and switching the monitor input to DP made it work. There's also quite a few dp ports on the back of my gpu so maybe try...

Got the monitor, nothing short of amazing, but got bleeding in all four corners :( Any advice? Thinking about trying to fix it myself as going through a return process might just result in being back where i started or worse.
