Just on these two aswell. I still might go the much cheaper camera route like Eufy etc. However being hard wired makes far more sense. I think as long as i can add in facial recognition and some of the features like that. The main shortfall sounds like it's around integration with Google Home...

Yeah thought so. Guess when it comes to buying i just need to work out how important that is for me and what the cost variance is. For €50-€100 i might just stump it up to keep it all pretty!

Also, yes to solid walls. I think it'll use Ytong insulated blocks on all walls I'm thinking 2 AP's. in the house. One in the middle of the lounge area, and then an outside one on the terrace. I'm hoping that's enough. If it's not i'll probably add an In-Wall option, but shouldn't be needed...

    The **Now Eating** Thread

Cheers, my wifes makes a decent home curry, yours just looked particularly good. As you say, probably heavier on oil than we usually go with.

@Avalon Thanks that's really thorough. I went with the DMSE and the In Wall AP. The added ports on the In Wall device will be handy for in my office i think. Avoids having a separate switch there. I'll likely just go 2 cables to the second building. As you say a switch over there is fine and...

That's one option, but she's also the only reason i'm allowed in the country! (and i love her, but that's less of a factor)

    E-Bike or HT?

I'd be questioning a HT for cycling to work, they can be fairly painful on the road. Could you not be tempted with a decent hybrid which would have less aggressive tyres.

    Rent arrears interest calculation?

I don't know about 2/3 but i'd say it's the latter part of part 1, so around £7 a month. I imagine the incentive would be to not be evicted?

    Relocation to Spain Experience

English, the woman seemed to be Dutch/German. Honestly, my language skills aren't great. I've not been putting any real effort in, and so whilst i'm better than i was back in October. I'm still at the real basics of simple sentences to get questions/answers across rather than holding...

    Relocation to Spain Experience

And submitted yesterday and i have the confirmation email of receipt stating a maximum 3 months to process the application. I'm starting to question if the first company even submitted anything, as they claimed i should've received the above confirmation back in January when they submitted it...

*** Big Fat Weight Loss Thread ***

I guess it's part laziness/convenience. Breakfast/Lunch for me are quick/easy meals, and with generally eating around 15 eggs a week, i'm reluctant to add any more into the mix!

*** Big Fat Weight Loss Thread ***

I'm still getting frustrated with lack of weight loss but trying not to let it bother me as i've been ramping up cycling and so confident at some point doing 5-7hrs of cycling a week will drop it off even if not as quick as i'd hope. One thing i do want to address is the lack of protein in my...

And the AP arrived. Went for the In Wall version as it seems to make sense. Especially with the 4 RJ45 ports underneath
