Ran the latency test once and got an error but was running stuff in the background not sure if that has an effect - Ran again with barely anything open and no error after 5 minutes

Have reseated memory and gpu, not cpu as don't have any paste, couldn't pinpoint when it started happening so couldnt say what program I installed, and no, don't have any screen savers and just one still image as my wallpaper, but the 15 percent for dwm csrss is intermittent

I have 2nd monitor on a vga-hdmi, and my main on a hdmi, and I have used a different cable and no difference either
