Is this a worthy upgrade? I have no issues playing games and the AMD CPU appears to be very good. I've been looking at many reviews of the Intel chip & to what I have read so far it appears not worth it. The only reason I wanted to upgrade was I had some issues with stability due to the Asus...
Ok my input, for cs go there maybe a routing issue as my pings are usual low but as of late I have been sitting at 100ms. Now this has has been a few of us on the server using the openreach fibre and the ones on virgin being fine. I rang sky due to another issue with my 20mbps speed drop from...
I have a nice boxed A1200 desktop dynamite in the loft & a few amiga cd32's. The 1200 I use normally has a gotek outside of the case but my A600 is modded :( I quite like my cd32 with the terrible fire in as I dont need to use the cd drive. I may need to get rid of the cd32's I have in the...

I came from an arctic freezer 34 using a 120mm noctua 1700rpm fan on my 5600x with temps hitting 65c to 70c. I decided to get the AIO and things appeared to but temps still hitting above 65c under load.
Today I have had the pump off and reapplied mx4 to test the temps and ordered 2 noctua fans...

The cooler is in, oh it is very close to the capacitors on the left side of the cpu socket. It's actually doing a good job at cooling, 31c idle and 52c at full load.
so if that's like that on yours then mine maybe the same, going to wait till it is back in stock at ocuk then order it & if it is a pain to fit I can atleast send it back stating that.
Thanks for your help
Has anyone installed a Rev 3 version of this water cooler on an asus Prime X470 motherboard without needing to request a mounting kit replacement from arctic? I dont want to go ahead an buy one & have all the issues with it not fitting & have to put my freezer 34 back on.
This is my board...
I was getting a little concerned about the temperature that my 5600x was hitting under load. Respectable 30c idle but 70c whilst gaming.
Should I be concerned?
