i would install amd ryzen master and check the temps. in my experiance dragon center sould never be installed:) some monitoring software causes high cpu temps and then reports them wrong ontop of it.
but install the amd ryzen master software and stop dragon center completly then check the temps...

Here is the thing you say amd having a partnership with this game and its stopping DLSS adoption why didnt NIVIDA acctully make there DLSS tech open source so amd and intel could have used it in there gpu?
Nvidia allways make proprietary technology If they adopted a open standard many people and...
amd has allways been closer to 1$ is 1 pound so even the cards on amd will be closer to £479.99 anyhow. and come on the massive amounts of games that DLSS 2.0 work with its no big loss overall atm. I like DLSS myself instead of worring if amd ever realse it Demand more game to support it:)
ive just checked my amazon delivery also this morning getting the same
Unfortunately, your delivery is running behind schedule. We're working to make sure the delay doesn’t affect your final delivery time. Your package may still arrive today.
also under the tracking it says
Delay in delivery...
It's not strange it's NVIDIA:) whilst I do love my 3080 and before that my 1080ti I don't like Nvidia tactics most of the time. It's no surprise they only code it for the latest cards it's a feature to sell the latest stuff. Nvidia are not very customer friendly and will do all they can to make...
I did say I'm my post that and is based in the Microsoft ML. But Nvidia did come out with there own version great for them but as we have only seen it Inna limited amount of games it has had a slow uptake of it being used.
Amd do support the open standard though and since currently there are...
i would say no it will cause you a lot of issues. someone said undervolted it would but even then it would still not be enough.
its not the total draw of the 3000 series that is the issues its the voltage spikes you get. even a good unvolted card can spike really high and very fast and even...
the steam servay shows most people own mid range nvidia graphic cards:) and not many Ray tracing ones either:)
but i never said amd deserve special treatment or loyalty but Nvidia lock everything to themself from buying phyx to g-sync the list goes on. But also dont forget a lot more this...
Its allways the same with anything nvidia bring to the table its for nvidia gpu's only.
dlss 2.0 is very good in the very few games that support it. and i think every game sould have it in But not everyone wants to add and work with nvidia to implement a feature. the extension for the engine...
first amd are designed to hit 100-110 junction temp. since junction temp is just the hotest spot on the die and not the overall temp. amd only throttle to keep below 110 degress on the hostest part of the die
what is the overall temp on the 6800xt? i have a 6800xt gigabyte gaming oc and my...
i have a zotac 3080 trinity oc card myself. been rock solid since i have had it in october and overclocks to 2080mhz and under 70 degress. the warranty is also really good with it.
many people say its gimped but i havent noticed it myself been rock solid oc fairly well vs most and i think the...
he said that everyone sould be using quality dlss even if your not using ray tracing. so he does recomend it to everyone who can enable it. at about 16m 50 and also all his setting charts have dlss on
i said they could do high refresh rate 5700xt 2070 can do both i never said anything about ultra or any setting for that matter. the sinple fact is most of the more modern card can do high refresh rate gaming. you chose to have them at ultra setting.
i can see your point of needing horse power...
why even look at a 600£ gpu if you don’t want all the bells and whistles on? Plenty of lower cards can do high refresh rate 1080p or even 1440p and can do basic 4K. I spend the most I can to have all the extra bells and whistles so it does matter when your dropping so much on a card
ill be honest first few times looking at it i didnt see it was max fps. ive just gotten used to see and reading avarge fps as being the standard and kinda expect to see those numbers hehe
