Well if you stress tested your CPU after overclocking to ensure its stable, like a good couple hours testing at least, then it should be good no matter the load. I clarified my post to mean 3700X's as their advertised boost clock is 4.4GHz vs the 3800X's 4.5GHz boost clock.
