Telegram and Part alert on twitter, I was bombarded 24hrs a day with a lot of european website notifications and a lot of scalper cards on other sites I can't mention. The FEs eventually popped up again which made it worth it. I just became a slave to my phone, the amount of afternoon VR sessions...

Well I managed to get an FE and just had the email confirmation through. Delivery Saturday. What a ride it's been. I can have my afternoons back now instead of sitting watching alerts on my mobile.

I’m surprised with the amount of people who have nearly a grand to drop on a GPU. I guess very few of us went on holiday or days out this year though so a lot of cash saved there. ;)

Just remember the base Fortnite got poor reviews when it first released but the multiplayer turned out to be a hit. I'm downloading Squadrons now. Just hope it works with my trusty Microsoft Sidewinder FF2 flight stick.

I think given the stock shortage currently by the time you get one it will not be old stock. I don’t think there’s such a thing as old stock with the 3080 unless you got one of the first batch.

If you mean the premium deluxe then no. I thought you were meaning the paid dlc in the store (mainly extra airports etc)

The dlc airports are very well done compared to the handcrafted ones that came with the sim. Copenhagen is damn good.

I still have to use netlimiter set to 500kb/s to download anything using the game client. Otherwise it just loops and won’t download. That includes any store bought dlc as well as the updates

Well I’ve got my Ram running stable now. It just needed some juice. I set the voltage to 1.36v and now all 32gb are at 3200mhz. Very happy with the 3800x now. Cinebench r20 scores have jumped up a bit more. Now for an evening of stress testing (gaming)

I’m gonna have a good tinker around with settings tonight. I’m quite happy with the new performance I have but it’s eating me up that I have 3200 ram running at 2133 :rolleyes:

Mine too. I wasn’t expecting it from what I’ve read. I was quite shocked to see it hit 4.5 on all cores. Maybe we won the silicon lottery? I certainly didn’t win it with my last chip. The 1600 (it wouldn’t budge past 3.75).
