Already done :) I understand that you enter into a contract, but (if it is the case) it seems poor that due to circumstances unknown to the customer they should have to incur additional costs. That's the bit that doesn't seem to sit right.

If that's true then I'll still be out of pocket as it's a 24" monitor, which will cost more than £5 to post recorded.

It would be useful to have confirmation, as the T&C's don't give much away. I've used a number of other online hardware retailers and they have always had the product picked up, so it's rather shocking if you have to foot the bill for an issue that you only realise AFTER taking receipt.
