I know I'm not in everyone else's league but just wanted to know if the below timings are okay. Do I need to adjust any on the secondary timings?
It's the 3000 MHz CL15 memory clocked to 3200 MHz with a Ryzen 3 1200 overclocked to 3.6 MHz all cores.

If someone had a Ryzen 5 1600 paired with a Radeon RX 5700XT then presumably the RX 5700 would not be running at full speed because of the CPU bottleneck?

Are the 3000Mhz (CL15) and 3200Mhz (CL16) essentially the same memory and it doesn't matter which one you buy?
I mean, the 3000MHz kit could just run at the 3200MHz with the same slightly looser timings.
