So I contacted Glorious directly and they advised that if I bought a new GMMK Pro thbey would refund the old one without me sending the defective one back. So i now have 2 GMMK Pro's one of which has no RGB. Dunno What to do with it. Kudos on Glorious though!
I opened it and checked the cable was seated correctly on both ends and also checked the pins. All seems fine. I don't care THAT much about RGB but it's still annoying. I might just wait until I can afford to buy another one before sending it back to Glorious as I can't really do without a keyboard.
So my board arrived today and all was fine for about half an hour and now the RGB does not work. Any ideas how to fix this? I can't really bare to send it back to the States to then wait for another one to be sent
I wouldn't mind too much about waiting longer as long as I was updated on where the bloody thing is! I just want confirmation it's not been lost/stolen.
D: I keep trying to ask Glorious and DHL and they just say to allow 40 business days for it to turn up!
There is a second tracking number but that only has one update from 31st July saying will update when in the destination... tbf it does say on multiple websites that it usually takes 2 weeks...
When/what did your tracking history change and how long before it arrived? Yours was shipped almost identical time to mine is all so wondering if I should be worrying or not?
Still no change in tracking status for my keyboard but meant to give 2 weeks for that particular status to change.
On the plus side, the Secret Labs Titan Evo I pre ordered is due to be delivered today.
So I put my tracking number into royal mail and it said it's a Parcel Force number but when I search for it on Parcelforce it says unrecognised. I hope something updates soon...
On DHL ecommerce tracking does it say it was shipped from Anaheim also? I have no idea how big these bags/crates are so maybe just haven't got around to doing mine yet and may bedone overnight
