Trying to source VESA mount for Gigabyte Brix

Hi Guys, Can anyone (maybe one of the Gigabyte Reps?) point me in the right direction as to where I can source a replacement VESA mount for a Gigabyte Brix as I recently bought one via MM and it wasn't supplied with one :( Thanks in advanced, Jon

    *** Sky Q Thread ***

Luckily for me, the agent who processed my original Sky HD order via phone a couple of years back had entered my address incorrectly (mixed up the first and second lines of the address) which meant I could raise a new customer Sky Q order via Sky's website without an issue. Once the new order...

    *** Sky Q Thread ***

Had Sky Q installed on Friday thanks to a F&F discount code from Misschief and so far I'm really liking it. The new box is vastly superior in terms of speed and I'm quite liking some of the new features (such as the ability to quickly see what is currently on on the previous channel - great for...

    bought a cheap server

If its looping network boot then its likely the disk array isn't set as a bootable device or if it is, the OS/array is already ******. RE: power draw, your gaming PC unlikely draws close to 800w most of the time and in addition, are you likely to leave that running 24x7 as you are with a server?

    bought a cheap server

I'm a fellow high power user myself, I use a whopping 50-60kWh /day on average and hence take reasonable measures to try and be efficient where possible. For example, my home server which shares media, stores CCTV recordings and manages a bunch of services around the house uses about 0.4-0.5A...

    bought a cheap server

A Dell 2950 is going to suck a good 1-1.5A of power 24x7. Hate to be the barer of bad news but the only winner was the seller as they managed to avoid paying WEEEEEEEE costs by palming off their no longer economically viable hardware to you and at a profit :P

    *** Sky Q Thread ***

How many connections from the dish to the Sky Q box are required, I was previously told my existing shotgun cable would be fine and just needed new connectors at either end - is this still the case as my cable is burried? Also, do the engineers carry the hybrid LNB's by default as I will still...

    *** Sky Q Thread ***

My shotgun cable goes directly from the LNB to the sky box, no extensions/connections in between and nor have I ever noticed any signal issues - fingers crossed that will be fine then :)

    *** Sky Q Thread ***

Thanks for your reply although I am a little confused, if no cable replacement is necessary, why would changing good, existing cable, improve signal? The reason I'm querying the cable is because my cable was installed into a channel that has since been plastered over so I would rather not...

Does anybody happen to know if the existing shotgun cabling is still suitable?

    Chasing out a wall

SDS drill with a chisel is the easiest IMO but it's going to get messy either way!

    Active usb extenders. Any good?

I can't see why it would Malteser, it'll either work or it won't (most likely the former!) :)

    Active usb extenders. Any good?

I think you're going to struggle, I've been testing a SSD (i.e. low power) HDD over a 7M USB3 active cable and have been experiencing issues so over 12M it's going to be harder still (I seem to recall USB3 delivers greater power too!)
